Throughout the year, children have the opportunity to take part in a number of shows and festivals. Each year we hold our own show locally, which all children are encouraged to take part in.

For children wishing to take part in competitions and festivals we do have competition classes as well as private lessons. We usually attend four festivals/competitions throughout the year as a school.These can be during the school holidays and are usually in West or South Yorkshire. If children are dancing in a troupe with others then it is really important that everyone is fully committed and attends all relevant lessons. For dancers at Rhythms, there is all Competition information available in the Members Area.

TDCI Championships

These are a selection of high level Regional and National Championships in Ballet, Modern, song & Dance and Tap. They are available to enter throughout the year to all TDCI Members. For more information please visit the TDCI website.

To comply with TDCI rules all entries do have to be sent through Rhythms School of Dance.
